Data we collect. Identity and contact data and comparable identifiers plus KYC documents demanded by regulators. Also collected: transaction and trade logs, device logs and support messages. EU/UK lawful bases: contract fulfilment, legal obligation, plus legitimate interest.
Purpose of use. Operating your account, clearing trades, meeting regulation, fraud prevention, and platform security, plus consent-based product updates with one-click opt-out.
Sharing. Sharing is limited to operating vendors (custodial, payment, identity), regulators on lawful demand, and anonymized metrics. We never sell personal data.
Retention and security. We retain data through the account life plus statutory windows (commonly five to seven years for trades). Protection: AES-256 at rest plus TLS 1.3 in motion plus ISO 27001-audited access limits.
