This agreement ( the Terms ) cover your use of the caelohub website, mobile apps, trading the "Services") operated by caelohub. Account creation constitutes acceptance these Terms in full.
1. Eligibility. Applicants must be 18 or older and legally able to form binding contracts. Where the platform are unlicensed or closed, residents cannot participate. Account accuracy and credential privacy stay your obligation.
2. Services. caelohub runs an electronic marketplace for the markets listed on this platform. No part of this is investment advice; every trading choice stays with you. Displayed market data is informational only and might err or be imprecise sometimes.
3. Risk notice. Trading carries material loss risk and suits only those able to absorb it. Margin products may take drawdowns past your initial margin. Trade only money which losing entirely you can absorb.
4. Costs. Fees, spreads and carry rates are shown on our Fees page and constitute part of these Terms. Fees may change after reasonable notice.
5. Prohibited uses. Cornering and manipulation, exploiting flaws, infringement and illegal use are banned outright. Laundering plus sanctions evasion are covered by the same bar.
6. Liability. To the maximum legal extent, caelohub excludes indirect, incidental and consequential losses connected to your use of Services.
7. Amendments. This agreement may change periodically. Continued use once changes apply means agreement. Controlling law comes from the home jurisdiction of our operating entity.
